The P3 Training Team

Germany born, Texas raised. Rich found his passion for health and fitness when he was given an opportunity to play baseball throughout his college stint. Starting off as an engineer he found his way to coaching and changing lives and hasn’t looked back since.
Whether it’s a quick timed dad joke or a warm smile, best believe he sees every bit of potential in you that you possess.
His motto: “improve life, one rep at a time.” Rich believes all it takes is consistency and he can’t wait to see you succeed.
Best way to his heart you ask? Good music, gummy bears and dogs. It’s that simple.

Vanessa is a lifelong athlete who brings a real-life approach to coaching. Her love of CrossFit started in 2012 where she went all in as a coach and a competitor. As a twin toddler mom, she’s currently balancing chaos (iced) coffee and a full-blown obsession with fitness so she knows how to make training work.
When she’s not in the gym she’s spending time with her wife, twins and dog usually chasing some kind of outdoor adventure.

Bree loves helping people that are hesitant about starting their fitness journey. I deeply understand the initial fear and hate that comes from the idea of going to the gym.
Helping students understand what strength training really is and showing them how to maximize their performance is what keeps me coming back.
I earned a B.S. in Exercise Physiology and M.S. in Sports Pedagogy from Baylor University all while competing in track and field.
I am a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Certified Personal Trainer through NSCA and CrossFit L1 Trainer.

Ricardo comes with more than a decade of CrossFit experience and a passion for helping athletes reach their goals.
I started coaching to give back the discipline and integrity this community poured into me — and I can't wait to be part of your journey!
Fun Fact: I am an avid bird enthusiast!

John is the founder and owner of P3. His vision for opening a gym was to cultivate a training environment that he would love to be a part of, irrelevant if he owned it - a place that he would yearn to be a part of.
This took him to obtain the highest level of CrossFit Coaching Certification possible, the CF-L4.
