The P3 Training Team

Coach
Rich Glenn
Germany born, Texas raised. Rich found his passion for health and fitness when he was given an opportunity to play baseball throughout his college stint. Starting off as an engineer he found his way to coaching and changing lives and hasn’t looked back since.
Whether it’s a quick timed dad joke or a warm smile, best believe he sees every bit of potential in you that you possess.
His motto: “improve life, one rep at a time.” Rich believes all it takes is consistency and he can’t wait to see you succeed.
Best way to his heart you ask? Good music, gummy bears and dogs. It’s that simple.

I love helping people that are hesitant about starting their fitness journey. I deeply understand the initial fear and hate that comes from the idea of going to the gym.
Helping students understand what strength training really is and showing them how to maximize their performance is what keeps me coming back.
I earned a B.S. in Exercise Physiology and M.S. in Sports Pedagogy from Baylor University all while competing in track and field.
I am a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer through NSCA.

Coach
Monica Martinez
My passion is weightlifting, and corrective exercise to alleviate and prevent pain.

I am inspired by training fellow postpartum mothers and mothers to be, ensuring we are a source of strength to our families both physically and mentally.
I'm in this for the long run, health and fitness is a lifetime journey. Create systems and habits to build you up in all areas of your life. Allowing you to live and grow to your fullest potential.
I regularly train and coach students of all ages, with an affinity for those taking their first steps into fitness and are ready to face the challenge.

Found CrossFit in 2004 and haven't looked back. It's been amazing to both be a part of the attack on the status quo of "fitness" and to observe the shift to functional training.
I have been obsessed with optimizing human movement and helping others improve theirs. This took me to obtain the highest level of CrossFit Coaching Certification possible, the CF-L4.
My vision for the gym is and was to cultivate a training environment that I would love to be a part of, irrelevant if I owned it - a place that I would yearn to be a member of.
I provide our students with direct and grounded feedback so they can make real tangible changes to reach their training goals.
